- 낮은 On 저항(low on-resistance)
- 좋은 성능지수(Low FOM, lower RDS(ON) x QGD)
- Low internal series gate resistance (RG or gate ESR)
- Low parasitic package inductance
- Low thermal resistance
- Robust Forward Biased Safe Operating Area(FBSOA)
- Unclamped Inductive Switching(UIS)
- 작은 것이 좋다(smaller Packaging Technologies)

EMI성능도 좋다
